This Privacy Policy explains how Verdant & Calm (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit wellnessresets.life and purchase our digital guides.

Information we collect

When you purchase a guide we receive your email address, order details, and payment status from our payment processor (Stripe). We do not receive or store your full card number. When you browse the site, we may collect standard analytics such as page views, referrer, device type, and anonymized IP.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver the digital guide you purchased, send order confirmations and download links, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve the site.

Advertising & analytics

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance. It records events such as page views, product views, checkout starts, and completed purchases. You can opt out of personalized ads in your Meta account settings and via your browser’s Do Not Track / ad-blocker controls.

Sharing

We share data only with vendors needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure file storage), our email delivery provider, and Meta (advertising analytics). We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@wellnessresets.life.

Retention

Order records are retained as long as required for tax and fraud prevention purposes. Marketing analytics are retained per each provider’s standard policy.
